We are Digious Corp a growing IT company looking to hire a Professional Online Bidder to manage and grow our client base through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com.

The ideal candidate should have experience in writing winning proposals, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
• Analyze client requirements and write customized proposals.
• Communicate with clients, answer queries, and schedule meetings for the technical team.
• Generate leads and maintain strong follow-ups to convert into sales.
• Work with the team to ensure project delivery aligns with commitments made in proposals.
• Achieve monthly targets (bids sent, responses received, projects closed).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in bidding/sales (Upwork/Freelancer platforms).
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Knowledge of services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Graphic Design, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in proposal writing, lead generation, and client follow-up.
• Must be self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
