Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or sales closing
• Hands-on experience working with fresh Upwork profiles from scratch as well as established Top Rated profiles
• Strong proposal writing and Upwork profile optimization skills
• Proven experience identifying relevant projects and converting opportunities into clients
• Strong client communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience managing Upwork Connects with an ROI-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
