Nova 360 is urgently hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder to join its growing team and work with international clients.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Upwork bidding experience
Strong English speaking and communication skills
Excellent proposal writing skills
Experience identifying relevant Upwork projects
Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies
Target-oriented approach with strong research skills

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
Write and submit customized, effective proposals
Identify high-quality leads and potential clients
Monitor responses and follow up with prospects
Achieve daily and monthly bidding targets
Coordinate with sales and project teams
