At Universal Technologies, we’re looking for an experienced Freelancer.com Bidder who knows how to find the right projects, write compelling proposals, and convert opportunities into potential clients.

This role is specifically for someone with hands-on experience using Freelancer.com. You should understand how the platform works, how to identify relevant IT and software development projects, and how to submit competitive, client-focused bids.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Finding and qualifying relevant projects on Freelancer.com.
• Writing personalized, persuasive, and professional proposals.
• Bidding on software development, AI, SaaS, web and mobile app, and other IT projects.
• Researching client requirements and understanding project scopes.
• Tracking submitted bids, monitoring responses, and following up with potential clients.
• Coordinating with technical and sales teams to prepare competitive proposals.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience with Freelancer.com bidding.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of IT services and software development projects.
• Ability to write customized proposals rather than generic copy-paste bids.
