🔹 Requirements:
Open to both fresh candidates and experienced Upwork bidders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of client requirements.
Ability to write effective, customized proposals.
Strong client handling and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

🔹 Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant Upwork projects.
Submit tailored and persuasive proposals.
Communicate with potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
