Tips for a job advert that gets applicants
- Use a plain job title people search for, such as "Receptionist", "Staff Nurse" or "Heavy Driver", not an internal title.
- Show the monthly salary in PKR and list the benefits: fuel or transport, medical cover, EOBI, provident fund, bonuses and working hours.
- Put the city and area (for example Gulberg Lahore, Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi or Blue Area Islamabad), whether the job is on-site, hybrid or remote, and any licence the role needs, such as PEC registration or a PMDC licence, in the first lines.
- List 4 to 6 essential requirements, not 20.
