Are you good at spotting the right opportunities, writing convincing proposals, and turning client requirements into potential projects?

We’re looking for an Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us connect with international clients and bring in new project opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• 🔎 Finding relevant projects on Upwork based on our services
• ✍️ Writing and submitting tailored proposals
• 💬 Communicating professionally with potential clients
• 📋 Understanding client requirements and matching them with our services
• 🔄 Following up with prospects and managing leads
• 📊 Researching new opportunities and keeping track of bidding activities
• 🤝 Coordinating with internal teams to understand our service offerings

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and professional client interaction skills
• Knowledge of **marketing, social media, and web development**
• Understanding of client requirements and project opportunities
• Experience with **Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or client outreach** is a plus
• Strong research, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to confidently communicate different service offerings
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven mindset

📍Location: Karachi, Pakistan
🕐Shift: 8pm till 5am (US-hours)
