The Active Solutions is expanding! We’re looking for a driven and experienced Upwork Sales Specialist to join our sales team and help generate new business opportunities.

Position Details:
✅ Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-site)
✅ Shift: Night (6 PM – 3 AM) / (9 PM – 6 AM)
✅ Industry: Design & Development
✅ Experience: 2–3 years in Upwork Sales

Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
✅ Craft persuasive proposals and build client relationships
✅ Negotiate and close deals effectively

Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years of Upwork sales experience (Design/Dev industry)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
