Marten Digitals is actively hiring experienced Upwork Bidders to join its business development team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand how to generate leads, craft compelling proposals, and secure freelance projects on platforms like Upwork.

As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, writing personalized and effective proposals, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. Your primary focus will be on winning web development, design, digital marketing, and related projects for the agency.

The position is on-site and operates during a night shift, aligning with global client time zones, making it perfect for professionals aiming to maximize freelance platform engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant jobs and submit high-quality, customized proposals on Upwork.

• Communicate with potential clients, understand project requirements, and set expectations clearly.

• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate estimations and timelines.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Maintain a high response rate and strong proposal-to-conversion ratio.

• Keep track of project statuses, follow-ups, and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bidder on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Proven track record of winning projects in web development/design, Shopify, WordPress, or digital marketing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.

Shift Timing:

🕒 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) (On-site)
