Description:

IOMechs, a leading software consultancy company based in Karachi, is looking for a full-time Upwork Bidder to join our team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a critical role in helping us acquire new projects and clients through the Upwork platform. This is an on-site role where your expertise in bidding, proposal writing, and client communication will be crucial in securing business opportunities for our software development services.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and execute bidding activities on Upwork.
✅ Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements and negotiate project terms.
✅ Draft and customize proposals based on client needs and project demands.
✅ Identify suitable projects, aligning with the company's expertise in JavaScript development, web applications, and hybrid/native mobile apps.
✅ Follow up on submitted proposals and build strong relationships with potential clients.
✅ Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.

Qualification:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field.

Skills Required:
✔ Strong command of English (written & verbal).
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Familiarity with Upwork bidding processes and techniques.
✔ Ability to identify client pain points and tailor proposals accordingly.
✔ Proven ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
