Description:

We're hiring an Upwork Bidder to join our team. As an Upwork Bidder, you'll be responsible for securing new projects and clients on the Upwork platform. This is a full-time on-site role at InnovatixHub in Karachi .

Responsibilities:

-Identify and analyse relevant projects on Upwork.

-Create customized and compelling proposals.

-Maintain a high conversion rate of winning projects.

-Engage in negotiations with clients for favourable terms.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships.

-Profile Optimization.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as an Upwork bidder.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong understanding of the Upwork platform.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

-Results-driven mindset.

-Knowledge of various industries is a plus.
