Location: Karachi (On-site)
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Billstech is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, submitting winning proposals, communicating with clients, and securing projects through Upwork.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of Upwork bidding experience
Strong communication and proposal-writing skills
Ability to identify client requirements and prepare customized proposals
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and profile management
Ability to negotiate with clients and close deals
Understanding of web development, web design, mobile app development, or digital marketing services is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets
