🎬 Hiring: Upwork Bidder – Video Editor (Night Shift)
Zenesa Tech is looking for a creative and sales-driven professional to join our Karachi-based team. If you know how to win projects on Upwork and deliver high-quality video edits, this role is for you!
📍 Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi (On-site)
🕗 Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
🔑 Role & Responsibilities:
Identify, bid on, and secure video editing projects on Upwork
Write highly personalized, winning proposals for international clients
Execute professional-quality video editing for secured projects
Maintain a consistent project pipeline
Monthly Target: USD 2,500 – 3,000 in projects/revenue
🎯 Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Upwork bidding & video editing
Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
Communication: Strong English writing (bidding) & verbal skills (client calls)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
