We’re a fast-moving team building CRMs, automation, websites, mobile apps, and ad funnels for clients who want results. Now, we’re looking for a people-first Marketplace Bidder who can spot great opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and help us book discovery calls.

What you’ll do:

• Find & bid on projects daily (Upwork / Freelancer / LinkedIn)

• Write warm, specific proposals (no copy-paste)

• Book calls on our calendar & keep the pipeline organized

• Track simple weekly KPIs (bids, replies, calls, wins)

You are:

✅ A clear English writer who understands service businesses

✅ Comfortable with CRMs, calendars & basic ad/landing-page terms

✅ Consistent, curious, and accountable
