Position: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Location: Quaidabad, Karachi (On-Site Only – No Remote)
Company: TezTar Support Pvt Ltd.

We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our Quaidabad office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage bidding profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr & other platforms
* Draft winning proposals and handle international client communication
* Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with client needs
* Drive consistent growth through lead generation and client acquisition

Requirements:
✅ Must be Karachi-based (near Quaidabad preferred) – On-site role (no remote option)
✅ Proven experience in online bidding & international business development
✅ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
✅ Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software solutions)
✅ Ability to independently manage bidding strategy and client handling
