• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate project scoping
• Manage the pipeline and consistently close new business

Requirements:

2-3 years proven experience winning & managing projects on Upwork

Strong written & verbal communication

Good understanding of web development, design, or digital services

Detail-oriented, target-driven & self-motivated
