We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Upwork Bidder (Sales Executive) to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online platforms like Upwork, Animation and Web Development services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search and bid on potential projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
• Write customized proposals and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful deals through smart negotiation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the design/development teams to ensure accurate project scoping.
• Maintain and update a bid tracker and report performance to management regularly.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 01 year of experience in bidding or sales in a software/animation agency.
• Strong knowledge of Upwork and other bidding platforms.
• Familiarity with animation services (2D/3D, Animation) and web development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven personality.
