📢 We Are Hiring: Upwork Bidder (Onsite Position)
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite at our office.
🔹 Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
🔹 Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
🔹 Location: Gulistan e Jouhar Block 19 Karachi
🔹 Timing: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

🔍 Responsibilities:
Write and submit proposals on Upwork for web development, design, and digital services.
Understand client requirements and craft custom, well-written cover letters.
Manage and maintain communication with clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to finalize project scope and timelines.
Achieve monthly bidding and closing targets.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of proven experience in bidding on Upwork.
Strong understanding of IT services, especially Web Development (Laravel, WordPress, etc.).
Good written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of project estimation and client handling.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
