🕒𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Night (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
💼 J𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Onsite, Full-time
📅 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 1 Year

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔ Write and submit winning proposals on Upwork
✔ Identify relevant projects and maintain a strong bid pipeline
✔ Communicate effectively with clients to close deals
✔ Achieve monthly bidding targets

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✅ Minimum 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗽𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Familiarity with IT services and Upwork platform
✅ Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
