A well-established digital agency is seeking motivated and result-driven Upwork Bidders / Business Development Executives for its Night Shift operations in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals with a flair for international client communication, lead generation, and sales on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying quality projects, submitting tailored proposals, handling client communications, and closing deals. If you have previous experience in bidding and a drive for revenue generation, this is an excellent opportunity to work with international clients and grow your business development career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively bid on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms

• Identify and target relevant job postings and tailor compelling proposals

• Communicate effectively with prospects to understand requirements

• Conduct follow-ups via email, chat, or call to convert leads into active clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables and timelines

• Maintain and track records of client interactions, leads, and closed projects

• Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, conversations, and conversions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding or online business development

• Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or other freelancing platforms

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Persuasive personality with the ability to sell digital services

• Basic understanding of web development, design, or digital marketing services is a plus

• Must be able to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Saturday)
