Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and explore job postings on Upwork to identify potential projects.
- Draft and send personalized, professional proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and prepare comprehensive project bids.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and follow up on proposals.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals with clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Maintain and update a detailed record of bids, client interactions, and project statuses.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly targets for secured projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
