We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork/Freelancer Bidder to join our growing software company.

🎯 Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding

Experience working in a Digital Marketing or Software House environment

Strong command of proposal writing and client communication

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Basic understanding or experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing projects (must)

Ability to handle client requirements and convert leads into projects

💼 Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms

Write customized and high-converting proposals

Communicate with clients and understand project requirements

Coordinate with the design and development team

Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects
