Sr. Upwork Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for an Upwork Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience bidding for services such as Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Development, Web design, Video Editing, and 2D Animation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire bidding process on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
• Generate business leads through freelancing portals.
• Analyze client requirements and craft effective bidding strategies.
• Write customized proposals tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain communication with potential clients to secure projects.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
• Strong proposal writing skills.
• Knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
• Ability to analyze market trends.
