We're looking for a Senior Upwork Bidder & Business Strategist to join us on-site in Karachi at Globotech Solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting high-converting proposals on Upwork and similar platforms
- Identifying and targeting high-value clients across US and global markets
- Shaping business strategy with our leadership team
- Analyzing project requirements and ensuring we only bid on the right opportunities
- Helping us grow our digital transformation and development portfolio

What we expect from you:
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
- Clear, confident communication with international clients
- Solid understanding of web development services (Shopify, WordPress, custom builds, full-stack)
- Proven experience hitting targets and managing time effectively
- Prior Upwork / freelancing platform experience is a big plus

The position is full-time, on-site in Karachi.
