What We’re Looking For:
·      Fresh graduates or beginners in freelancing
·      Good English writing, reading, and speaking skills
·      Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
·      Basic understanding of Upwork or willingness to learn
·      Interest in business development and online sales
·      Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
·      Available for a full-time onsite position (5 PM to 2 AM)

What You’ll Do:
·      Write custom proposals and bid on relevant jobs on Upwork
·      Communicate with international clients in English
·      Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
·      Maintain and grow your Upwork profile and client base over time
