The role involves learning and managing bidding processes on platforms like Upwork, communicating professionally with international clients, and helping close projects for the company. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing and submitting proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms

• Maintain professional communication with clients to understand project requirements

• Collaborate with team leads to identify high-potential bidding opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of communication and bidding outcomes

• Deliver timely follow-ups and handle client queries effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and tasks

• Professional and detail-oriented mindset

• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork preferred)

• Willingness to work night shifts (on-site, Karachi-based)
