Junior Bidding & Communication Executive

UnrealPays is actively hiring a Junior Executive for Upwork Bidding and Client Communication to join its dynamic team at the Karachi office. This is an on-site, night shift role ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in the digital services and freelancing industry.

This role is focused on handling and managing Upwork proposals, maintaining professional client communication, and learning the essentials of business development in a freelance-driven environment. The selected candidate will receive initial training and ongoing support, making it a great learning opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and submit compelling project proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

• Maintain real-time and follow-up communication with international clients through messages and calls.

• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team for proposal customization.

• Track bidding performance and optimize strategy based on results.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, bids, and responses.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)

• A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and techniques

• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to communication

• Basic familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork is a plus (training will be provided)

• Must be comfortable working in the night shift (on-site)
