Freelancer & Upwork Sales Specialists

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelancer & Upwork Sales Specialist. The role is based in Karāchi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales through Freelancer and Upwork platforms, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, the Specialist will develop sales strategies and manage the sales process to ensure success.

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Close deals and oversee a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding, sales, and client acquisition on freelance platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present and position our agency’s services effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
