✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ Year of Upwork/Fiverr Bidding Experience
• Strong Proposal Writing Skills
• Excellent English Communication
• Lead Generation & Client Handling Expertise
• Good Understanding of Upwork & Fiverr Algorithms
• Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated Mindset

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and bid on relevant projects daily
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Communicate professionally with prospects and clients
• Maintain a healthy project pipeline and achieve monthly targets
