Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on high-potential projects on Upwork and Fiverr.

• Write tailored, effective proposals to attract clients.

• Communicate professionally with clients and close deals efficiently.

• Manage platform profiles and ensure ongoing optimization.

• Follow up on bids and maintain a pipeline of active leads.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of freelancing platforms and how they operate.

• Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.

• Ability to negotiate terms and finalize project agreements.

• Previous success in closing projects through bidding platforms.

• Organized and capable of tracking multiple bids simultaneously.
