We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and bring in quality projects through Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively bid on relevant projects on Upwork to secure work.
• Understand client requirements and craft tailored, winning proposals.
• Maintain regular communication with potential clients and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand service offerings and create accurate quotes.
• Track and report bidding performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (minimum 6 months-2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare persuasive proposals.
• Self-motivated with a result driven mindset.
