Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage targeted email lists.
• Create engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Develop email sequences for lead generation and nurturing.
• Manage platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools.
• Monitor open rates, reply rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns.
• Maintain email databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teams to generate qualified leads.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Lead Generation.
• Strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing/automation tools.
• Understanding of email deliverability and list management.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-oriented.
