Social Media Outreach and Sales Executive

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive (On-Site) to find prospects, understand their needs, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into clients for our design and animation services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Research and identify potential clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Discord, Twitch and relevant communities.
- Engage prospects through DMs, comments, email and other appropriate channels.
- Understand client needs, qualify leads, and follow up consistently.
- Convert prospects into clients and handle queries regarding services, pricing and timelines.
- Maintain accurate lead records and achieve weekly/monthly outreach and sales targets.
- Share customer feedback, market trends and competitor insights with the team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Atleast 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, social media outreach, customer service or business development.
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and online communities.
- Strong research, follow-up, relationship-building and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of design, animation, gaming, streaming or the creator economy is a plus.
