We are looking for a creative and motivated Female Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Requirements:
* Experience in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Ability to plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
* Skills in creating engaging posts, stories, reels, captions, and relevant hashtags.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar photo and video editing tools.
* Understanding of social media trends, competitor analysis, and content strategies.
* Ability to schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
* Experience in monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.
* Ability to prepare monthly social media performance reports.
* Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain consistent branding and collaborate with the marketing team.
