🏢 Company: Core Edge Solutions
📍 Location: Gulberg, Lahore — On-Site
🕒 Night Shift: 8 PM–5 AM (Mon-Fri)
🔹 Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
* Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
* Develop retargeting strategies and manage custom and lookalike audiences.
* Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets.
* Manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
* Track key metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
* Prepare performance reports and implement strategies to improve results.
🔹 Requirements:
* 1–3 years of practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Strong understanding of PPC, paid social advertising, and campaign optimization.
* Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
* Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Experience managing international advertising campaigns is preferred.
* Google Ads or Meta certifications are an advantage.
* Good communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
