ABOUT THE ROLE Recruiffy is hiring on behalf of a client operating in the US trucking and freight industry. We are looking for experienced Truck Dispatchers based in Islamabad who can manage load coordination, broker negotiations, and driver communication efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatch loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.com
- Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to maximize revenue per mile
- Monitor driver locations and provide real-time trip updates
- Handle rate confirmations, load confirmations, and dispatch sheets
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver activity
- Resolve delays, breakdowns, and delivery issues promptly
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and shippers
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–2 years of truck dispatching experience (US market preferred)
- Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards
- Strong English communication skills — spoken and written
- Ability to work US business hours (night shift Pakistan time)
- Knowledge of US lanes, geography, and freight markets
- Ability to multitask under pressure
