Dispatcher

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Site Dispatcher in Limousine & NEMT Operations at IGV. The position is located in Islamabad. The On-Site Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation logistics, scheduling rides, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely service delivery. Other day-to-day tasks include managing dispatch software, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any service-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Transportation and Logistics Management skills
• Experience with Dispatch Software and Schedule Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Experience in the transportation or limousine industry is a plus
