Senior Truck Dispatcher

Description:

We are hiring an experienced US Truck Dispatcher for our on-site operations in Islamabad. This position is strictly for professionals with hands-on experience dispatching trucks in the United States market.

This role is not suitable for logistics coordinators, supply chain professionals, or fresh candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed trucks across the United States

• Book and negotiate loads using US load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

• Communicate with US brokers, shippers, and drivers

• Plan routes, manage appointments, and track ETAs

• Handle detention, layover, TONU, and other accessorials

• Ensure compliance with US DOT, HOS, and ELD regulations

• Monitor loads from pickup to delivery and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain dispatch records and daily performance reports

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of proven US Truck Dispatch experience

• Strong understanding of US trucking operations and freight lanes

• Experience using DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to work US business hours

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
