Description:
The Stock Incharge plays a critical operational role in ensuring accurate inventory control, stock availability, and compliance with company SOPs at the branch level. This position directly supports retail efficiency, loss prevention, and timely product availability by managing day-to-day stock movements, audits, and reporting within Japan Electronics’ retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward stock movement at the branch level
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SalesCare, ActiveBook, or ERP systems
- Conduct routine stock counts and audits; identify and report discrepancies
- Handle damaged, non-conforming (NC), returned, and aging stock as per SOPs
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams for stock replenishment
- Supervise helpers/loaders to ensure proper handling and storage of goods
- Prepare and submit daily and periodic stock reports to Head Office
- Ensure stockrooms and storage areas meet company safety and organization standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
- Experience in electronics retail will be an advantage
