Smart Haul Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in U.S. logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage loads, brokers, and drivers in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch loads for U.S. carriers across multiple states.
• Negotiate effectively with brokers to secure profitable loads.
• Manage and coordinate drivers for Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed shipments.
• Utilize load boards and maintain broker relationships for continuous business.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Resolve scheduling issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.
• Work according to U.S. time zones (night shift).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven U.S. dispatching experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of load boards, brokers, and U.S. time zones.
• Confident in negotiation and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage pressure effectively.
