Description:

Gaichums is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Executive to join our team. This role is essential in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design & Delivery:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.

Needs Assessment & Evaluation:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement.
  • Analyze feedback and assess training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Training Material Development:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive training manuals, resources, and guides.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Budget & Logistics Management:

  • Oversee training budgets and manage training logistics efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

📜 Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP).

💼 Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.

📊 Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
