Hr Executive

 

Description:

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations while ensuring ongoing recruitment and smooth employee lifecycle management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuous recruitment for BPO roles including chat support, back-office, and operations staff
  • Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes
  • Preparing and maintaining HR documentation such as employee files, offer letters, contracts, and attendance records
  • Payroll coordination, including attendance tracking, deductions, and data sharing with accounts
  • Managing attendance, leaves, and shift records
  • Supporting performance reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities
  • Assisting in implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline
  • Handling employee queries and coordinating with management on staffing and HR matters

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of HR experience in the BPO industry
  • Hands-on experience with in-house hiring and continuous recruitment
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach
