Description:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations while ensuring ongoing recruitment and smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous recruitment for BPO roles including chat support, back-office, and operations staff
- Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation such as employee files, offer letters, contracts, and attendance records
- Payroll coordination, including attendance tracking, deductions, and data sharing with accounts
- Managing attendance, leaves, and shift records
- Supporting performance reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Assisting in implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline
- Handling employee queries and coordinating with management on staffing and HR matters
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of HR experience in the BPO industry
- Hands-on experience with in-house hiring and continuous recruitment
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach
