Description:
As an HR Generalist at Pyramids Global, you will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining HR operations across the organization. This role is designed to ensure seamless HR processes, support employee lifecycle management, and align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain and update HR records, attendance, leaves, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and feedback processes.
Talent Management & Development
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination with candidates.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Track and report on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and organizational procedures.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment processes.
- Experience in managing HR projects or initiatives is a plus.
