🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead end-to-end HR operations for the night shift team, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and local labor compliance.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically tailored for night-shift operational requirements.
  • Performance Leadership: Facilitate employee engagement programs, performance management, and grievance resolution to foster a positive, high-energy work culture.
  • Compliance Expert: Ensure strict adherence to the Punjab Labour Code 2026 and all relevant internal safety and conduct protocols.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and provide insightful reporting on attrition, attendance, and team productivity.

🎓 Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in HR management, with at least 1–2 years specifically in a night shift or BPO environment.
  • Legal Acumen: Proven understanding of the Punjab Labour Code 2026 and regional employment regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Mindset: A strategic thinker who can operate independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
  • Availability: Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and fully comfortable with a night-shift schedule.
