Description:
We are expanding our team in Pakistan and are looking for a talented HR Manager to join our Rawalpindi office. (Note: This position is for our Pakistan office, not for the U.S.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory — relevant experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years of proven HR experience (BPO/Call Center industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
