Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join Top Remotely team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, supporting recruitment, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Address employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (fresh candidates with strong knowledge may apply).
- Good understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
