Techbaltoro LLC is actively looking for a skilled Supply Chain Executive to join their hybrid working team based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, and supplier management operations that maintain uninterrupted product availability at competitive pricing.

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including supplier negotiations, purchase feasibility analysis, order tracking, shipment coordination, and logistics management. Acting as the company’s primary liaison with global suppliers, this role demands excellent communication and relationship-building skills to maintain trust and efficiency across the supply network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers worldwide to procure products at the best prices while ensuring quality and reliability.

• Logistics & Order Fulfillment: Oversee and track shipments from suppliers to the final delivery destination, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment with no discrepancies.

• Customs & Compliance: Verify customs invoices, carrier charges, and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify cost-saving and efficiency enhancement opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams, logistics providers, and suppliers to optimize supply chain operations.

Additional Skills & Plus Points:

• Good understanding of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and international trade compliance.

• Experience in optimizing logistics costs and reducing lead times.

• Ability to manage high-pressure scenarios and quickly resolve supply chain disruptions.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other supply chain management tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Amazon logistics operations such as FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Prior experience working with global shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight forwarding.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
