Supply Chain Analyst

Description:

Weseamless is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join the team remotely. This role requires a deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), 3PL billing, and SQL to manage data flows, ensure billing accuracy, and optimize processes across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance departments to ensure seamless data and process alignment.

• Analyze and interpret JSON activity logs to extract insights and verify WMS event triggers that affect billing.

• Develop, modify, and maintain Lua scripts for accurate charge application based on WMS activity logs.

• Perform detailed analysis on 3PL billing to ensure transparency and accuracy in all transactions.

• Work with large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.

• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and report data from various sources.

• Support IT and Procurement processes with data-driven insights and operational recommendations.

• Maintain documentation for billing logic, WMS workflows, and cross-functional processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, IT, and Procurement.

• Strong business knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices.

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Proven experience with 3PL billing and logistics charge validation.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Lua scripting in a billing environment.

• Ability to analyze and interpret JSON data structures.

• Advanced proficiency in English—verbal and written communication.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across different time zones.

• Background in system integration and automation.

• Knowledge of billing systems and logistics finance workflows.
