Position: Injection Moulding Supervisor
Location: Lahore – Sundar Industrial Estate

Sehat Medical Devices (SMD), a medical device manufacturer based in Lahore, is hiring an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor to oversee moulding operations and ensure process stability, quality control, and production efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily injection moulding operations and shift teams
Set and optimize machine parameters (PP/ABS/PVC experience preferred)
Troubleshoot defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, splay, and warpage
Oversee mould changeovers and preventive maintenance coordination
Monitor scrap levels, downtime, and cycle time performance
Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in injection moulding supervision
Strong technical understanding of moulding processes and materials
Ability to lead operators and enforce process discipline
DAE / Technical diploma preferred

نقائص جیسے شارٹ شاٹ، فلیش، سنک مارکس اور دیگر مسائل کو حل کرنا

مولڈ چینج اوور اور پریونٹو مینٹیننس کی نگرانی

اسکریپ، ڈاؤن ٹائم اور سائیکل ٹائم کی مانیٹرنگ

SOP اور کوالٹی اسٹینڈرڈز کی پابندی یقینی بنانا

شرائط:

کم از کم 5 سال کا متعلقہ تجربہ

انجیکشن مولڈنگ پراسس کی مضبوط تکنیکی سمجھ

ٹیم لیڈرشپ کی صلاحیت

DAE یا ٹیکنیکل ڈپلومہ کو ترجیح دی جائے گی

تنخواہ تجربے کے مطابق دی جائے گی
