**Key Responsibilities:**
✔ Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
✔ Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedules
✔ Monitor product quality & compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
✔ Manage production staff, supervisors, and machine operators
✔ Minimize downtime & improve operational efficiency
✔ Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance
✔ Control production costs, wastage, and material consumption
✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
✔ Ensure workplace safety and compliance
✔ Lead continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Analyze KPIs and prepare management reports
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

**Requirements:**
✔ Minimum 5-7 years of FMCG / Food Manufacturing experience
✔ Leadership, Quality, Efficiency, Results Oriented
